上海,2015年7月28日–世界领先的光伏企业晶科能源(“晶科能源”或者“公司”)(纽交所代码:JKS)今日宣布其子公司晶科电力有限公司(简称“晶科电力”)与中国平安银行股份有限公司(“平安银行”)签订为期3年,总额度为30亿人民币的综合授信协议。贷款将用于晶科电力的太阳能电站项目开发。
根据协议内容,授信额度为3年总计30亿人民币。首批贷款6.3亿人民币已经到位,将用于晶科电力位于内蒙、广东、浙江等地的电站项目。

Jinko Power Signs RMB3 Billion Line of Credit Agreement with Ping An Bank
SHANGHAI, July 28, 2015 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a global leader in the solar PV industry, today announced that JinkoSolar Power Co., Ltd. ("Jinko Power"), a subsidiary of the Company, has signed a three-year RMB3 billion line of credit agreement with Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. ("PAB"). PAB’s financing will be used to support Jinko Power’s PV project developments.
According to the terms of the agreement, the line of credit is RMB3 billion for three years. The first loan of RMB630 million has been withdrawn and will be used to support the development of PV solar power plant projects in Inner Mongolia, Guangdong province, and Zhejiang province.
"As the PV power market in China continues to mature, we have seen an increasing number of commercial banks, following policy banks, entered solar downstream.
